How do I return an item?
Pacific Health offers refunds for unopened product, less postage costs. If you received any discounts or free product, then Pacific Health refunds on a pro rated basis.
If you are returning product, please send back with signed delivery confirmation. Pacific Health assumes no liability for items lost in the mail prior to our receipt. Returns may also be subject to a re-stocking fee.
